·        What people notice – Most men and women don’t see all the trouble you go to, they do notice the total package. They see the overall result, and that means that all the little details that you have. For instance,

If you have your hair done regularly, chances are it is healthy and looks gorgeous. He or she may not notice that you have just had your hair done and will certainly not understand the whole maintenance program that happens to keep it looking beautiful, but they will notice if your colour is outgrown and the ends are ratty and unkempt. If you decide to take the relationship to a sexual level, you will want your feet pampered with a pedicure so they are silky soft and beautifully manicured. Your partner may not notice that you have just had a pedicure, but he or she will notice if your heels are all rough and scratchy on their skin. It is worth going to the trouble of up keeping your beauty maintenance program for your partner, but primarily, if it makes you feel good about yourself, then mission accomplished.

·        Like attracts like – Its so true that we mostly attract the people who has a similar build that we have been used to, or may be they are similar to our dad or mom so we feel comfortable being with and around them. May be they are a bit like us in the way they dress and present themselves. Have you ever noticed that some couples actually look alike, as if they are brother and sister? This is very evident, have a look because its so similar to ourselves. People will often comment on couples saying, they look good together, and its true they do look good together and often they look similar.

·        Sex appeal – As we all know that when a man meets a girl the one of the first things on his mind is how long it will take him to get her into bed. Lets be honest about this, my research tells me that generally this is the case. Yes, of course, they are also interested in conversation, compatibility and all that, but sex appeal comes way up on top of their list. But this is not solely for men, it can also be the same for women.

The best way to have sex appeal and to attract someone’s attention is to feel good and sexy about yourself and think that you are extremely gorgeous & attractive women on the planet, then there’s a good chance that someone else will think and feel the same. This means you need to come to terms with your own sexuality, how do you feel about sex?  The more comfortable you are with your own sexuality the more attractive to an intimate partner you will be. There’s lot more to beauty than what you see on the outside.

·        Do it yourself – At the end of the day, feeling good and looking good is all about doing it for you, not for anyone else. That’s the truth of the matter. Its your life and choices you make for yourself that are important.
