We allow for the refund of any defective service within 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days all sales are final.

If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within the standard 7 day return period.

When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. However, in some cases a service may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a cancellation or a refund may be processed.

Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases. Customers that violate the terms of use of the product may have their right of return revoked.

Customers requesting a return within 7 days of purchase may be approved by our customer service team if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 7days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
