A decade long experiential learning and training in the discipline of Clinical Psychology and Education defines the person I am today: intuitive, sensitive, rational, willing to help others and above all ready to make and accept choices in life. I am the person I have chosen to be, and this is the very philosophy that gets reflected in my interaction with people. Diversifying into the field of Education in my career was also a choice that I made. The satisfaction gained through understanding not only, the cognitive and knowledge domains of children's lives, but also helping them with emotional and behavioral challenges has been fulfilling. Feeling sullen, down and dejected! There is surely a way out. I consider myself equipped with knowledge, understanding, techniques and personality to help you with Psycho-social-emotional concerns. I do not believe in sharing "templates" of techniques with you; but in offering you personalized understanding of problems and discussing the techniques that meet "your" needs in the best manner.Even though online counseling is limited to exchange of messages in text form, I have found myself receptive in understanding the problems and making the clients feel comfortable.I owe this comfort to my strong orientation towards non-judgmental and unconditional listening.At the end of any day, it is one's attempt to try and better another person's life. I am a passionate worker in helping people re-build their "Self". The areas of expertise include: Relationships: Get rid of negative thoughts, mistrust, suspicion, insecurities in your relationships! Self Esteem Emotional distress: Stress and Anxiety affect various aspects of your life, including your personal relationships, career performance, self-perception and social interactions.
