Over 20 years experience assisting people with personal problems, getting their life back on track, communication and relationship issues, legal and career/employment issues. Pursuit of Excellence. I have worked to teach, coach and counsel others on stress management and reduction; conflict resolution; leadership; development of personal and professional relationships and commitments and the maintenance of them; and healthy views of the self and the development of healthy self esteem. I also work on a regular basis as a mediator and other areas of alternative dispute resolution. Whether you are down in the dumps and need to talk or need direction I am here for you.
